You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Send photos of the issue along with your order number to our support team. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
